Speed Bag (Ceiling Bag):
· (2-1/2) two and a half minutes working combination kicks of Back Wheel, Hook Kicks, Ax and Brush Ax and Low/High Roundhouse Kicks (work all advanced combinations).
 
General Note:
  Scheduled time frame for a student to meet the minimum requirements (skills and knowledge) for advancement to 1st Black Tip Belt is approximately (24) Twenty-Four classes. Advancement is solely at the discretion of the Master Instructor.
