Speed Bag (Ceiling Bag):
· (1-1/2) one and a half minutes working combination kicks of Back Wheel, Hook Kicks, Ax and Brush Ax and Low/High Roundhouse Kicks.
 
General Note:
  Scheduled time frame for a student to meet the minimum requirements (skills and knowledge) for advancement to Red Tip Belt is approximately (24) Twenty-Four classes. Advancement is solely at the discretion of the Master Instructor.
