Technique 1

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Ready position. Ready position.
#2 Grab defender's right hand (hand shake). With your left hand, grab the back of attackers right hand (tiger mouth)

Simutaneously rotate 180 degrees towards your right side, while going underneath and raising attackers arm in a Ride Horse Motion stance. Place attackers right elbow over your left shoulder (your back is facing your attacker a Ride Horse position).

While in aRide Horse Stance, stand up forcefully while at the same time bending attackers wrist with both hands breaking arm. Kihap.

Technique 2

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Ready position. Ready position.
#2 Clothes grab defenders chest area with right hand. Place thumb of right hand to the back of attackers hand (pressure point between first two knuckles) while placing fingers in the palm of attackers hand.

Simultaneously, peel off and twist attackers hand to his outside while rotating your left hand over attackers elbow joint. Kihap.

Technique 3

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance. Kihap. Ready position. Kihap.
#2 Punch attack into a Right Prone Stance. Execute a Left Knife Hand Block (palm facing attacker).

Simultaneously, grab attackers wrist with your left hand while grabbing attackers wrist with your right hand (back of hand facing downward).

Rotate attackers arm upwards while going underneath arm to attackers back.

Force attackers arm upwards to the back of head, breaking arm. At the same time, execute a Side Snap Kick to attackers right knee (behind knee) to take attacker down. Kihap.

Technique 4

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance. Kihap. Ready position. Kihap.
#2 Punch attack into a Right Prone Stance. Execute a Left Knife Hand Block (palm facing attacker).

Grab attackers wrist with left hand twisting attackers wrist outwards.

Simultaneously break down attackers arm by striking inside of attackers elbow joint with a Hammer Fist motion while twisting his wrist outwards.

Follow-up by sweeping attackers right leg with your right leg taking attacker down. Execute a knife hand strike beneath attackers nose. Kihap.

Technique 5

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance. Kihap. Ready position. Kihap.
#2 Punch attack into a Right Prone Stance. Execute a Left Knife Hand Block (palm facing attacker).

Simultaneously, grab attackers wrist with your left hand while executing a clothes grab to attackers chest area with your right hand (alternate defense would be a palm heel strike to attacker chest area).

Place attacker off balance by positioning your left leg outside his right side. Sweep attackers right leg and take attacker down. Follow-up with a punch to the face. Kihap.
