· Know the following Korean Terminology:
     Keuman (End or Finish)
   Chung (Blue)
   Hong (Red)
   Kaesok (Continue)
· Describe and explain the Meditation procedure performed prior to start of class?
 
  1. Maintain a setting position
  2. Legs are crossed and both hands rest palms up on each leg
  3. Back is straight
  4. Eyes are slightly closed
  5. Mind is peaceful and clear
  6. Relax
  7. Begin deep breathing. Each full breath is one count. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through your nose
  8. Count in intervals of one to ten
  9. Recommended for about three to five minutes

Speed Bag (Ceiling Bag):
· (1 Min.) Working Combinations of Back Wheel, Back Pivot, Brush Ax and Roundhouse Kicks.
 
General Note:
  Scheduled time frame for a student to meet the minimum requirements (skills and knowledge) for advancement to Blue Tip is approximately (20) Twenty classes. Advancement is solely at the discretion of the Master Instructor.
