Technique 1

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch While going into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously respond with a right aiming punch to attacker's solar plexus followed up with a Reverse punch to solar plexus.

Bring both hands together at right hip with clenched fists.

Defend by simultaneously blocking attacker's punch with your left fist while punching the face with your right hand with Kihap.

Technique 2

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch While going into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously respond with a right aiming punch to attacker's solar plexus followed up with a Reverse punch to solar plexus.

Bring both hands together at right hip with clenched fists.

Defend by simultaneously blocking attacker's punch with a left knife hand while striking the attacker's neck with a right knife hand attack. Kihap.

Technique 3

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch While going into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously respond with a right aiming punch to attacker's solar plexus followed up with a Reverse punch to solar plexus.

Moving into a right walking stance, grab attackers' right wrist with left hand.

Defend by simultaneously striking attackers' neck with a right knife hand strike (palm down), while pulling attackers' left arm toward you breaking attackers' neck. Kihap.

Technique 4

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Moving into a Right Cat Stance blocking attackers' punch with a Right Arm Middle Block.

Open Right Hand and bring left fist to your right open hand, maintaining a Cat Stance.

Pivot 180 degrees towards defenders left side and perform a elbow smash to attackers solar plexus as you are moving into a Horse Stance. Kihap.

Technique 5

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Moving into a Left Cat Stance, block attackers punch with a Left Open Hand Middle Block. Right fist at hip.

Moving into a Left Prone Stance, simultaneously execute a Right Reverse Punch to attackers solar plexus. Left fist at hip. Kihap.
