Technique 1

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Clothes grab defender's chest area with right hand. Ready Position. Respond by grabbing attackers right hand with your right hand (palm against attackers back of hand)

Twist attacker's hand so that the back of your hand faces your right side (your fingers will be placed in the palm of the attackers hand).

Take your left hand and place next to your right hand (palm down). Both hands grabbing attackers hand and not wrist.

Simultaneously, squeeze both of your hands together bending attackers wrist (upwards with your thumbs and downwards with your fingers) while moving into a left prone stance, breaking attacker's wrist (keep body straight). Ki Hap.

Technique 2

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Grab defenders belt with right hand palm down. Ready Position. Position right arm under attackers right arm and lock attackers arm at elbow joint.

Maintaining elbow joint lock, simultaneously move into a left Front Stance to attackers left side breaking attackers arm with your left palm heel strike to attackers elbow joint. Ki Hap.

Technique 3

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Grab defender's right wrist with both hands. Ready position. Take your left hand and place over your right fist. Simultaneously twist and trust hand out against attacker's thumbs (pull hand out towards your left side to avoid hitting yourself)

Follow through with a back fist to attackers right temple or zygomatic bone on right side with your right hand. Ki Hap.

Technique 4

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Grab defender from behind with both arms (bear hug over defenders arms) Position your left knee behind attackers right leg while shifting your weight into a ride horse motion stance.

Once your left knee is positioned behind attackers right knee, simultaneously stand up and sweep arms outwards (shoulder level) with a knife hand (palm down) throwing attacker off balance. Ki hap.

Technique 5

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Clothes grab defenders chest area with both hands. Ready position. Clothes grab attackers chest area (above attackers arms). Ready position.

Position your left leg to the outside of attackers right foot (placing attacker off balance). Simultaneously, sweep attackers right leg with your right leg, taking attacker down.

Maintaining a left prone stance, execute a reverse punch to attackers nose (or face area). Ki hap.
