Technique 1

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Respond with a Right Front Snap Kick to attacker's solar plexus.

Moving into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously defend with a double knife hand attack (left hand blocking attacker's right arm and right knife hand striking attackers neck). Kihap.

Technique 2

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Respond with a Right Roundhouse Kick (using ball of foot) to attackers solar plexus.

Moving into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously defend with a double knife hand attack (left hand blocking attacker's right arm and right knife hand striking attackers neck). Kihap.

Technique 3

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Respond with a Right Roundhouse Kick (using instep) to attackers face area.

Moving into a Ride Horse Stance, simultaneously defend with a double fist attack (left fist blocking right punch and right fist striking face). Kihap.

Technique 4

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Respond with a Right Side Snap Kick to attacker's solar plexus followed by a Right Guiding Punch.

Moving into a Right Prone Stance, follow through with a Reverse Punch (left hand) to attackers solar plexus. Kihap.

Technique 5

Step Attacker Defender
#1 Fall back into a Left Prone Stance position and Kihap. Ready motion with Kihap.
#2 Attack in a Right Prone Stance and Punch Respond with a Back Pivot Kick to attacker's solar plexus with a Right Guiding Punch.

Moving into a Right Prone Stance, follow through with a Reverse Punch (left hand) to attacker's solar plexus. Kihap.
